Can vaccines cause autoimmune disease? Is there a link between the rising number of vaccines given per the CDC schedule, and the increase in the incidence of autoimmune disease?

The problem is that the vast majority of people do not even think to question whether or not a vaccine they received months or years earlier, could have caused their chronic illness. Therefore, these events are almost never documented or reported.

Unfortunately, this is not likely. They will give you a diagnosis, write a prescription for your symptoms, and you will never discover that a vaccine you received years earlier may have been the trigger which set all of it in motion.
